Despite the prevalent myth of insatiable "munchies," recent studies that prove the tendency of cannabis users to stay thin have lead to Marijuana Weight Loss programs.
A recent study conducted by the American Journal of Epidemiology that surveyed over 50,000 people has conclusively shown a link between using cannabis and weight loss. The more frequently users consumed marijuana (whether through edibles, vaporizers or traditional joints), the less likely they were to suffer from overweight or obesity. Not only do accused 'potheads' engage in behavior that encourages healthiness, but the drug itself includes components that fight the build up of fat globules in skin and muscle cells. Building off these recent discoveries are Marijuana Weight Loss programs that encourage users to smoke, provided they live in a country or region that has lifted bans on the largely harmless drug.
So if the law allows it, light one up and say farewell to those pesky calories you've been warding off!
