The Bic pen company has a culture of its own they call it 'Bic Culture'. The company prides itself on its simplistic designs and reliability of their products, the most popular being the simple Bic pen first marketed in 1950. Sixty-one years later and their consumers have used the simple design of the Bic pen to create various sculptures, fun modifications and even practical furniture.
This collection shows the versatility of the Bic pen. The more practical uses of the Bic pen range from lamps, chandeliers, vases and even window panes and fronts for the home. Some of the more fun modifications include a dart gun, mini cross and bow and Bic pen caps that resemble a fork, knife and spoon for on-the-go writers.
The inventors of these Bic pen sculptures and furniture smartly make use of pens even long after they've exhausted ink.
