These Thorsten Schmidtkord portraits are pretty outrageous to say the least. After all, when was the last time you saw someone's forehead as their chin and vice versa?
Thorsten Schmidtkord is a German-born photographer whose work is as perplexing as it is engaging. Seen here are a few of the pictures found in his "Head On Top" series. What's interesting to note is that with their heads being switched with their chins, all the models in the portraits now have rather funny facial hair. Unfortunately, this also means that most of them have become bald.
Personally, I'd like to see this photographic technique being applied to women as I think they end results would yield some of the most epic beards we've ever seen.
