We've featured some pretty outrageously priced alcohols, but a single bottle of vodka for one million euros is ridiculous, even for the uber rich, is it not? That's what I thought when I saw the $1 million brandy and $2 million cognac too, but clearly the makers of these fine spirits believe someone will be impressed by them.
The first bottle of one million euro vodka will be gifted to Prince Albert of Monaco at the Top Marques at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco next April.
Russo-Baltique Vodka was created "to woo Russian royalty, tycoons and wealthy aficionados worldwide," and it has the opulent bottle, no doubt made of real gold, to prove it.
"A myth in the making, what is known is the inspiration behind it. Powered by passion for the finer and unique things in life, this enigmatic and exclusive vodka is the brainchild of armour, combat car maker Russo-Baltique."
Unlike some of the incredibly high priced luxury alcohols below, the million euro Russo-Baltique Vodka doesn't seem to be part of a charity benefit, making the price unjustifiable in my mind. Then again, maybe you have to be a billionaire to understand it...
