Wow, I’m not sure that Ronald meets the dress code for these swanky McDonald’s Restaurants in the UK. Over the past few years, McDonald’s restaurants all over the world have been updating their interior designs to achieve a more modern and contemporary look.

London-based design firm SHH has created these contemporary interiors for various McDonald’s locations in the UK. Gone are those uncomfortable fixed plastic seats, replaced with chic upholstered banquettes, wood tables and hanging lamps.

It hardly seems right to be served up the same old greasy burgers and soggy super-sized fries in such revitalized surroundings.
