The commercial follows a young man as he sets up an inventive marriage proposal with the use of a string. The action is set to a soothing original romantic ballad, "Don't Forget Love." The song is performed by Robert Francis and is created by PrimalScream Music especially for Zales. 

I will not spoil the plot for you, but let's just say that love can rock with a big rock on a string. The commercial was directed by Ray Dillman for The Richards Group with art director Terence Reynolds, and creative director Chris Smith.
