I was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. I graduated from York University with a Bachelor or Arts with Honours in 2010. In the summer of 2012, I obtained a certificate in Broadcast Journalism from Seneca College as a student enrolled in the Summer Institute for Broadcast Journalism. In addition to field reporting, I know how to operate high definition cameras, write and produce television news casts, and have a strong proficiency in video editing using Final Cut Pro.

What are your tips for writing a juicy post?
I know from volunteering as a writer at York University's the Excalibur that the first line is very important. It must be catchy and teasy enough to grab the reader's attention in order to entice them to read the rest of the piece.
How do you reset to be creative?
I clear my head to reset and I do this by getting some exercise, watching TV, getting something to eat or getting some sleep.
What inspires or excites you?
I gravitate towards unique experiences because I like to learn new things. If it gets me outside of my comfort zone, I take a deep breath, take a giant leap and hopefully I come out of it a bit more enlightened.
