My mom owned to 2 fashion boutiques in her hometown of Port-de-Paix. She traveled the Caribbean to purchase her products. Her inventory came from the Bahamas, Curacao, Jamaica and many more Caribbean islands. Nestled by the seaport she attracted high level clientele. My grandfathers were also landowners and ran community farms that allowed others to work and reap their daily needs.
