Consumer electronics brand Zhiyun has announced the launch of its newest smartphone stabilizer called the 'Smooth 5S,' which will join the brand's ever-expanding 'Smooth' line.
The new device was designed to cater to serious content creators and mobile filmmakers. Because of this, it comes equipped with magnetic steel motors, an extra-wide phone clamp, and a built-in fill light, which can be used to light-up scenes on the fly. Overall, the upgraded Smooth 5S has been built to handle larger smartphones and tablets, which is why it features a far more robust design than previous models.
The gimbal offers a variety of simple controls and places them right at users' fingertips. In addition, it allows for both vertical and horizontal filming, and it delivers an impressive 25-hour shooting time on a single battery.
