Asana has launched its Workload platform which can help companies avoid burnout with staff. The Workload platform is a tool that businesses can use to distribute workloads across a number of different teams. The tool can also be used to redistribute a workload as required.

With the Workload tool, members of a team can customize a workload using a number of different factors, including hours, and capacity limits. Asana conducted research on worker burnout across knowledge workers, finding that 80% of workers indicated that they were close to a burnout.

A notable company that is already using the tool is Panera, implementing it among its creative team to better streamline ongoing projects.
