Whirlpool Virtual Showroom is Now Available on Pinterest

As more consumers opt to shop online, washing and dryer machine company Whirlpool is helping consumers seamlessly find appliances with the launch of the Whirlpool Virtual Showroom. The new feature is available on Pinterest and allows users to tour different laundry spaces with a 360-degree view.

According to Pinterest, its users in the United States are 1.3 times more likely to make a household appliance purchase online than the general population. The brand ads that "12 million monthly Pinners are actively looking to remodel their home and 14 million are searching for kitchen appliances."

Whirlpool brand senior manager Nelly Martinez said in a statement, “With all that consumers already balance in their lives, making time to visit their local appliance store can be challenging. That’s why we’re so excited to partner with Pinterest to offer a virtual showroom that transports shoppers to an immersive experience as if they were in the showroom itself."
