The Werkly website has been designed by Eric Bernstein. Bernstein aims to cater to the employment needs of creative types by way of the peer-to-peer system that matches talent with a host of positions in the fields of hospitality, entertainment, cosmetics and event planning.

Those who sign up for Werkly begin by positing their skills, description and availability. Once the profiles are completed, users can accept job postings as they continue to pop up on the site.

By targeting this project towards a specific niche of workers, Bernstein is helping solve a common lack of labor within artistic industries. As it often takes a great deal of time to fill creative positions, Werkly is making qualified candidates readily available.
