Peruvian-Inspired Family Feasts

VIVA Chicken Celebrates Peruvian Independence Day with VIVA Feast

Peruvian Independence Day takes place on Tuesday, July 28, and the Charlotte-based Peruvian-inspired restaurant brand VIVA Chicken wants to help consumers celebrate with its VIVA Feast.

The VIVA Feast is a generous family-sized meal that's inspired by authentic Peruvian flavors and traditions. Designed to feed up to five people, the family feast consists of two whole charcoal-fired chickens, along with Peruvian fried rice, tender green beans, crispy French fries, fried plantains, and VIVA’s signature fresh-made sauces. As Sharyn Knight, Director of Marketing for VIVA Chicken, explains, "Our recipes, cooking techniques and passion for hospitality are inspired by Peruvian culture, making Independence Day especially meaningful for our team. We’re proud to celebrate our heritage while inviting everyone to experience the warmth, flavor and generosity that define both Peru and VIVA Chicken.”
