Virtual Try-On Technologies

Remark Launched Its Virtual Try-On Technology That Moves With Shoppers

Remark launched its virtual try-on technology that renders garments on a shopper's moving body in real time, unlike existing tools that either paste clothing onto static photos or animate stiff, video game-like simulations. The experience requires no app or download, letting shoppers try on garments directly from product pages in full HD at real-time frame rates while swapping sizes, colors and full looks mid-session.

The technology works with more than 70 luxury brands, including Ariat, J.McLaughlin and Veronica Beard, using each brand's imagery and product data to accurately render fabric drape and craftsmanship.

As luxury retailers search for ways to replicate the confidence of in-store shopping online, Remark's approach signals a shift toward AI that recreates the human elements of discovery and guidance rather than simply automating transactions.
