Italian footwear label Guiseppe Zanotti introduces two new monochromatic iterations of the iconic Urchin sneaker model. The two tonal options come in a triple white or a triple black tonal completion, with the original model dropping in November last year. The design showcases the same construction and details, with an upper crafted from patent leather materials in a python skin accent contrasted with a matter mesh toe cap.
The lacing system is unconventional as well, boasting a new adjustment structure and it all sits on top of a spine-like sole foundation. The lacing systems differ due to the intertwined laces and zipper incorporation. Notably, the shoes get its name due to the three-dimensional spines on the sole to give off an urchin appearance.
