Rapid PSU Replacement Services

Thermaltake Launches TT PowerCare Service for its Customers

Thermaltake introduced TT PowerCare in the UK, a replacement service for its power supply units featuring guaranteed swaps within 48 working hours. The programme launched on 1 March 2026 and applies across Thermaltake’s PSU range when purchased from participating retailers.

Eligible buyers who register through qualifying sellers such as SCAN, AWD-IT and Falcon Computers will receive expedited handling, and Thermaltake confirmed customers will not be required to return the faulty PSU, removing a common RMA step. The service complements existing extended warranties and aims to streamline support logistics.

For consumers, TT PowerCare reduces downtime and simplifies repairs by prioritizing rapid hardware replacement, reflecting a broader trend toward frictionless aftercare in electronics. Faster RMAs can improve user confidence in premium components and set a new expectation for post-sale support.
