TraceTogotehr tokens will be able to send and receive Bluetooth signals and notify users if they have come in contact with a positive case of COVID-19. The device does not have WiFi or GPS abilities, and it only keeps data for 25 days, which makes it ideal for privacy-focused individuals to participate in contact tracing invites.
If required data from a TraceTogother token can be collected by health care professionals, to inform others if the user contracts COVID-19.
As more people participate in contact tracing efforts, they become more successful. TraceTogother tokens can be used to encourage people without smartphones to participate in slowing the spread of COVID-19.
