The Coded Couture Exhibit Displays How Fashion and Technology Collide

High-tech meets high fashion in Pratt's Coded Couture exhibit, which showcases a wide variety of technology couture. The displayed pieces showcase all kinds of innovative designs from chic wearables to 3D-printed garments and beyond.

Hosted at the Pratt Manhattan Gallery in NYC, the Coded Couture exhibition was created by Ginger Greff Duggan and Judith Hoos Fox. Moved by generative textile prints, statuesque kicks, and wearables, the team sourced designers who use coding during their design process. The show features such technology couture as Melissa Coleman's lie-detecting dress and Francesca Rosella and Ryan Genz's garment that changes color based on social media feedback.

In time for New York Fashion Week, Coded Couture will open on February 12th, 2016 and will run until April 30th, 2015.
