Carhartt and techno club Tresor share a commonality which is its heritage of Detroit, so naturally the two continue to work together and form what they are calling a Techno Alliance. Detroit is known to be the birthplace of techno and the two brands honor the city's history of dance music through a series of apparel.
It is also inspired by a record by Tresor that is dubbed Techno Alliance. In addition to the streetwear designs, the two are also creating a vinyl compilation and will host events throughout Detroit and Berlin. The collection is comprised of nine pieces including graphic tops, a crossbody bag, and a new iteration of the signature Michigan chore coat with reflective and glowing accents.
