Waking up is about to get a whole lot weirder thanks to the forthcoming TalkO'clock app. The new app is designed to function as a "social alarm clock" letting random strangers call you to wake you up.
The TalkO'clock app is extremely simple to use. Simply select a wake up time and the gender of the person you would like to call you. Callers are all volunteers who sign up to wake people via the app or online. Even if no one volunteers to call you, TalkO'clock will still send you a wake up call using its handy call-bot. TalkO'clock makes all of the connections between the two parties so you never have to worry about some random creeper having your number. The service encourages its participants to creatively wake people up. What this means is yet to be discovered as the app has yet to be released. TalkO'clock will be interesting to say the least.
