Bacardí and Camila Cabello are continuing their multi-year partnership with an exclusive sugarcane vinyl to celebrate Cabello's new album. The BACARDÍ x Camila Cabello sugarcane vinyl features the first single from the new album, "I LUV IT", crafted using repurposed materials and sugarcane from Bonsucro-certified suppliers.
The process of creating this vinyl begins with sugarcane, which is broken down into bioplastic and then pressed using a lower temperature for reduced energy consumption compared to how vinyl records are usually produced.
To support this limited-edition vinyl launch, Bacardí created videos that explain this process and a short-form video starring Camila Cabello. Bacardí also introduced two custom cocktails inspired by songs from Cabello's C, XOXO. I LUV IT Punch pairs Bacardí Superior rum with elderflower liqueur, passion fruit nectar, lime juice and coconut water.
