The Stripe Link digital wallet is a financial tool developed by the fintech platform as a solution for the artificial intelligence (AI) era to accommodate users looking to streamline their purchases. The wallet will allow users to connect payment methods including credit cards, bank accounts, crypto wallets and even buy now/pay later (BNPL) services alongside billing and shipping information. The wallet is rated to work seamlessly with autonomous AI agents including OpenClaw where users can provide authorization without exposing their payment information to the platform for security peace of mind.

The Stripe Link digital wallet will send users a notification to approve a payment when being used by an AI agent to make a purchase. This could become even more hands-off in the near-future when Stripe introduces the option for users to make charges without approval.
