Soul x Science, an immersive one-day event produced by the Swiss-born health ecosystem FUEGO, returned to London on May 16, 2026, at 41 Portland Place. This activation offered attendees a structured experience where ancient contemplative practices meet contemporary scientific understanding of health and vitality.
The Soul x Science program moved through keynote presentations, panel discussions, expert-led conversations, workshops, breathwork sessions, meditation, somatic movement, and guided sensory experiences conducted in complete darkness, all designed to translate abstract insights into tangible, felt experiences. Speakers include a psychoneuroimmunology researcher and one of the first UK doctors trained in Health Optimization Medicine.
A VIP pathway provided personalization through a pre-arrival questionnaire, a one-to-one consultation with an expert before the event, a tailored on-the-day experience, and a follow-up session one month later. This effectively extended the impact beyond a single Saturday.
