Sleek Expanded Speaker Lineups

Sonance Introduces the New James Wedge, Qx, PowerPipe, and Be Lines

Sonance unveiled four major updates to its James Loudspeaker lineup at CEDIA Expo/CIX 2025, refreshing several of its most popular in-wall, in-cabinet, and hidden subwoofer products. The new additions include the Wedge WX Series, an updated QX Quadratech in-wall line, the redesigned PowerPipe X Series of hidden subwoofers, and the BE MKII in-wall theater lineup.

Together, these launches modernize James Loudspeaker’s core categories with easier installation, stronger performance, and designs that better blend into architectural spaces. The QX Quadratech refresh introduces four models with smoother sound and more even coverage, reducing the need for heavy EQ adjustments.

For hidden bass applications, the PowerPipe X Series reimagines a 20-year-old concept, offering eight models across four driver sizes, as well as both MDF and marine-rated options. The redesign enhances flexibility with shorter pipes, a simplified product range, and new trim options. Shipments are expected to begin in late 2025 and continue into early 2026.
