Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has introduced its 2025 mooncake collection in anticipation of the Mid-Autumn Festival. This year’s theme, “Metropole Cinema: Hanoi through Film,” draws inspiration from a significant cultural moment—on June 3, 1916, the first cinematographic screening in the capital of Indochina was held at the historic Metropole. The collection pays tribute to this legacy by presenting a nostalgic and artistic journey through Hanoi, honoring the city's enduring charm and cinematic past.

Crafted by the hotel’s award-winning culinary team, the mooncakes are hand-baked without preservatives, blending tradition with innovation. They are available in both baked and snowskin varieties and include a refined selection of flavors such as "Red Bean & Pistachios, Lotus Seeds & Macadamia Nuts, Traditional Mix, Green Bean & Date, Green Bean with Apricot & Salted Egg, and Black Sesame & Sunflower Seeds."

Each elegantly designed box reflects Hanoi’s spirit and cinematic heritage, including a newly introduced two-piece option for added sophistication.
