The new Snack app is a new-age form of a dating app that is marked as "not your parent's dating app.' It highlights a digital approach in many different ways. To start, it deviates away from the idea of swiping through someone's photos but instead has a more Gen-Z approach.

This includes prompts that read “tell us how tall you are without telling us how tall you are.” The app first launched back in 2021 and now, it adds new features that stem from the technology of artificial intelligence. It adds a virtual 'wing person' to the conversation, which is a digital version of the user that can be sent out on the user's behalf.
