Converse Unveils the Signature Chuck Taylors in New Colorways
Converse prepares for the Summer 2019 season with a selection of signature Chuck Taylor sneakers in tonal makeovers that welcome the warm weather. It arrives in iridescent and translucent finishes, replacing the iconic canvas uppers with a much more bold option.
The iridescent version adorns the Chuck 70 sneakers, giving it a more durable structure as well. The colorway reflects off the light to evoke different colors and textiles. This translates throughout the uppers and at the tongue as well, sitting atop a clear rubber sole to embody a futuristic approach. The translucent All-Star Chuck Taylors showcase a white rubber midsole foundation accented with black foxing and white canvas materials at the vamp and heel. Rounding out the entire sneakers are the Converse badge on the side and a blue outsole finish.
