Scott & Jon's, a frozen seafood meal brand originating from Maine, has introduced a new Honey Sesame Salmon Superfood Bowl available exclusively in a four-pack format at Costco locations throughout the Southeast and Texas. Health-conscious and time-strapped individuals will be interested in this offering because each 10-ounce serving is designed to be heated and ready to eat in about four minutes.

Each serving of Honey Sesame Salmon Superfood Bowl combines omega-3-rich salmon with a full serving of vegetables and a blend of brown rice and quinoa. The protein and grains are coated in a sweet-savoury honey sesame sauce. The overall nutritional profile delivers 17 grams of protein, six grams of fiber, and 380 calories per serving.
