These new Rustlers Sidekicks products are headed to the UK market this month with a QSR inspiration to work well for the rising number of consumers seeking to achieve a fakeaway meal experience at home. The product range builds on Rustlers prowess within the takeout-inspired category and features two items including Nacho Chicken Bites and Hash Brown Tots.
The Nacho Chicken Bites come in packs with four pieces to work well on their own or for creating a larger meal experience and come packed with a garlic mayo for dipping. The Hash Brown Tots boast a heat-and-eat recipe with 12 pieces per pack and are well-suited for pairing with the Nacho Chicken Bites or even a Rustlers burger.
Consumer Foods Marketing Controller, Foods Division at Kepak Monisha Singh spoke on the Rustlers Sidekicks range saying, "Rustlers Sidekicks are designed to help retailers tap into two distinct market shifts. While busier lifestyles continue to drive the demand for on-the-go options, we are also seeing the ‘GLP-1 effect’ driving a preference for smaller, portion-controlled bites."
