Babies need somewhere pretty comfortable and formidable to sleep because, well, that's kind of their full-time job right off the bat. With this in mind, designer Ralph Montemurro created the ultimate baby bed for newborns aged four to six months. It's called the Rockwell Bassinet, and is sold at Monte Design.
This sophisticated bassinet is small, cozy and the prefect secluded bed for babies to catch all their shut-eye in peace and style.
The stand features two wooden beams allowing for a rocking motion. Silver metal legs hold the actual basket in place; this basket can be removed and the lining can be stripped and cleaned. The fabric is OEKO-TEX, which is completely free of harmful substances and the microfibers make it extremely comfortable.
The Rockwell is manufactured in Toronto and comes in either white or grey; both calming and versatile colors. The bed is complete with a mattress and two fitted sheets, which is all a baby ever needs.
