Ritter Sport and ReposiTrak Partnered for Outbound Food Tracing

— June 13, 2025 — Eco
Ritter Sport and ReposiTrak have announced a new partnership that will see the German chocolate brand working with the Traceability Network to prioritize traceability when it comes to outbound food.

The partnership will see Ritter Sport utilizing the ResposiTrak Traceability Network to share information related to its outbound shipments with retail partners in the US. This will help to enhance overall transparency and also allow for more collaboration across the supply chain. Ritter Sport will share its own information, but also access data therein to help strengthen relationships, leverage opportunities and more.

ReposiTrack Chairman and CEO Randy Fields spoke on the Ritter Sport and ReposiTrak partnership saying, "Ritter Sport is leading by example. They’re setting a precedent for food manufacturers around the world—taking on traceability because it’s the right thing for their customers and because the FDA has signaled that the FTL will only grow from here. That’s the kind of leadership that will shape the future of food traceability.”
