Manufactured originally as a generally rounded form with notches on opposite sides, the object was further cut just inside its perimeter and the resultant ribbons were drawn downwards.
Yoann Henry Yvon's concept presents a way to manufacture furnishings in a more efficient manner with waste much reduced. The piece even behaves efficiently in terms of storage, stacking snugly with others of its type to take up only an extra inch in height with each added unit. The YHYdesign Reverence Coffee Table is without a producer, but would be available in a range of bright colors.
