90s-Inspired Retro Footwear Relaunches

Reebok is Gearing Up to Release Its Instapump Fury 2019

In the world of retro footwear, highly acclaimed sports brand Reebok takes the spotlights with the re-release of its iconic Instapump Fury OGs. The model was first debuted in 1994 and was designed by Steven Smith. Since its introduction to consumers, the silhouette has been recognized as "a staple in many a sneakerhead's rotations."

The contemporary take on the retro footwear is a 1:1 remake with vibrant hits of color, alternative lacing systems, and branding in the appropriate places. The Reebok Advanced Concepts team worked on transferring the Instapump Fury OGs' aesthetic properties to 2019.

In addition, the brand makes the retro footwear re-release quite limited to the public, automatically boosting its value in the sneakerhead ecosystem. There are only a total of 1994 tokens of the shoe produced and they have been numbered.
