New Balance Unveils the Refined Future Pack of 2002R Shoes

New Balance unveils its latest designs as a part of the Refined Future pack highlighting the 2002R sneaker silhouette. This time around, there are three new colorway palettes to join -- this includes Mirage Grey, Dark Navy, and Vintage Orange. The uppers are detailed with choppy suede materials for a soft and textural touch and it all sits on top of a dual tonal N-ERGY sole unit.
Joining the new pack of shoes, Extra Butter is adding a selection of apparel including cloud-dyed hoodies, mineral-washed tees, graphic tees, herringbone wide-legged trousers, and some trucker hats. Speaking about the pack, Bernie Gross, Extra Butter's Creative Director states “The model’s signature detail is the upper panel that is seemingly cut haphazardly, which to me implied the presence of a human, handmade element. It very much reminded me of the Wabi Sabi – a Japanese philosophy embracing imperfection, impermanence, and asymmetry.”
