OOKIOH has released its first line of recycled swimwear
Ellen Smith — March 28, 2018 — Fashion
The emerging retailer OOKIOH hopes to make recycled swimwear more accessible and stylish after having dropped its first beach-ready line, that's comprised of bikinis and two-pieces that have been constructed from 80% recycled material.
The swimwear brand believes that clothes one wears in the pool should “be a reflection of how you dress on land. Because 90% of women don’t do stilettos by the pool, we created a line of swimwear that makes you feel like you, only waterproof.” The end result, is a nostalgic line that features numerous silhouettes and plenty of vibrant colors, presenting consumers with the opportunity to mix-and-match and to find something unique to their personal aesthetic.
The entire collection is priced under $100.
