Gritty Rodent-Inspired Boots

The Ratboot by Uncommon Creative Studio is Bold and Oversized

The New York branch of the London-based brand Uncommon Creative Studio creates the Ratboot. It is defined by its unique and bizarre look where it rests on top of dramatically oversized sole units that appear to be cages. This cage-like sole has two rats inside and it represents the rugged reality behind the elegance that Fashion Week appears to be on social media.

It has been described as an accurate representation of the city and garnered attention online with over 105 million views of the design in just under two days, as claimed by the creators. The Ratboot will notably be auctioned off. All of the proceeds will be going towards the Mainely Rat Rescue charity.
