Wings Etc. will introduce the Ranch Flight, a limited-time tasting option that lets diners choose three of five ranch-based sauces, featuring House Ranch, Ranch Fire and Parmesan Garlic Ranch alongside new Buffalo Ranch and Dill Ranch. The chain will begin offering the Ranch Flight Sept. 15, with dine-in orders served in a new melamine tray designed for sampling, comparing and mixing flavors.
The promotion aims to give ranch a more prominent role on the menu by offering multiple variations in one serving. Wings Etc. said the format encourages guests to discover their preferred flavors while supporting a broader strategy to position the brand as a destination for ranch-focused menu items.
For consumers, the Ranch Flight turns dipping into a more interactive tasting experience and makes it easier to try several sauces at once. For Wings Etc., the limited-time format may help drive trial across its network of more than 80 corporate and franchise locations.
