If the Rainbow Mini computer is any indication of the times to come, then we'll soon be doing all of our computing sans monitors. Designed by Xiang Yu, the Rainbow Mini is designed primarily for home entertainment. The computer can work on three different displays including a conventional monitor, a television and via the aforementioned projector.
The great thing about the Rainbow Mini computer is that it can wirelessly connect to a computer monitor or television. It also has its own built-in modem and router, making it cheaper and easier to connect to the Internet. The computer also features ambient lighting that changes colors. Giant computer towers seem to be going the way of the dinosaur, so don't be shocked if tech companies start downsizing desktops, and equipping them with projectors in the near future.
