Browncoats, rejoice: Quantam Mechanix has just released a new set of Serenity-inspired posters in honor of the upcoming Comic-Con. The Joss Whendon fan base is a tight-knit and dedicated group, and these art nouveau print posters are surely a must-have for any collector.
The collection will only release images of the female characters in the movie and, of course, will include the Mad Men star Christina Hendricks, who plays Mrs. Mal Reynolds. The posters do a great job of representing the various role each woman plays in the series. As self-professed Summer Glau obsessor, I already have my eyes firmly fixed on the River Tam portrait. The posters are available for purchase through the Quantam Mechanix website and, if you are in the area, at Comic-Con.
