This fall, fragrance brand Diptyque is releasing its Prêts-à-Parfumer Collection, which includes perfumed jewelry pieces like bird-shaped brooches. The intricately designed brooch boasts a playful design with dangling legs and a body that can be filled with a ceramic disk. Once perfumed, the ceramic disk can be slotted into the belly of the brooch to delicately share a scent.
While Diptyque may be best known for its iconic candles, with its new product range, Diptyque is exploring the ways that fragrance can be shared on the go in a way that's practical, fun and luxurious. According to Julien Gommichon, president of the Americas for Diptyque, "It’s part of our DNA and heritage to create playful new perfume gestures." In doing so, Diptyque is appealing to a younger demographic.
