While there are a multitude of portable coffee containers and even those that brew on the go, the 'Sippy' is one of the first portable espresso machines of its kind. The container looks like any other thermos, a sleek aluminum design that resembles the shape of a rocket.
The machine uses CO2 cartridges, water and compatible coffee cups in order to make the perfect crema-topping espresso shot. Nespresso, Hema and Coffee Duck cups are all functional in the Sippy to create the kind of espresso each individual desires.
In order to use the portable espresso machine, a user simply needs to fill it with water and an espresso cup before hitting the road. The machine will then boil the water and sift it through the coffee beans in a method designed to brew solely espresso.
