Designer Tom Ford Has Turned the Apple Watch into a Band-Less Timepiece

A fan of pocket watches and tech wearables, Tom Ford has made a portable timepiece out of the popular Apple Watch.

Furthering his creditably of being a true innovator in fashion, Tom Ford carefully removed the elements that restricted his Apple Watch to his wrist. Utilizing his design ability, Ford removed the wristbands on his Apple Watch, added a metal loop atop its square frame then attached a vintage chain that he can secure to his suit. Turning his Apple Watch into a pocket watch makes the smart timepiece truly portable while also relieving the device of its heart rate-tracking feature.

Though the American designer has yet to make anymore pocket watches, the fashion industry patiently waits for thorough instructions on how to preform this DIY.
