The Pixel 8 Pro is the latest flagship smartphone from Google, featuring the most advanced Pixel camera yet, and a new custom-designed Google Tensor G3 chip with Google AI. The Pixel 8 Pro has a new design with a 6.7-inch OLED display, a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, a 48 MP telephoto camera, and a new temperature sensor that can measure the surface temperature of objects and people. The Pixel 8 Pro also has improved editing features like Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur, and can translate web pages, messages, and signs with Live Translate.
The Pixel 8 Pro will be available for pre-order starting from October 4, 2023, at 10:00 AM ET, and will ship later that month. The Pixel 8 Pro will cost $899 for the 128 GB model, and $999 for the 256 GB model. Customers who pre-order the Pixel 8 Pro will also get a Pixel Watch 2 (Wi-Fi) or Pixel Buds Pro for free. The Pixel 8 Pro will be compatible with most carriers in the US and Canada, and will also be sold unlocked on the Google Store.
