JW Anderson has unveiled a new accessory offering for Fall/Winter 2022, debuting the ‘Pigeon Clutch’ bag for all lovers of avant-garde fashion. The fashion house has previously launched other whimsical accessories, including a ‘Penis Coin Pouch,’ and is known for experimenting with unexpected motifs and themes. The ‘Pigeon Clutch’ bag was first previewed at the Fall/Winter 2022 runway show in a humorous ‘Gray’ colorway, and is made with 3D printing techniques to create the life-sized bird.
The bag is meant to be held in the hand and can be opened using the bird’s wing for storage and safekeeping. The pigeon also features a gold hinge and magnetic fastening with JW Anderson’s logo underneath the wing. The JW Anderson ‘Pigeon Clutch’ can be purchased in-store and online for $890 USD.
