The watch comes in 18-carat white or rose gold and combines three painstaking years of research and currently holds the record of becoming the world's thinnest watch.

The self-winding watch utilizes a tourbillion escapement and will be showcased at the SIHH in Geneva, Swtizerland. The Piaget Emperador Coussin timepiece is a luxurious and collectible item for all those itching for some new bling.
