San Francisco-based cloud communications platform Twilio has launched a high-tech personalized marketing platform that is designed to help marketing professionals working across a range of sectors to go about crafting and executing high-impact campaigns to attract customers to their clients.
The 'Twilio Engage' platform makes use of the company's proprietary 'Segment' customer data technology to make it possible for marketers to access updated and real-time consumer data and behavior-centric tools, whilst also allowing them to conduct experiments to test out new methods before deploying them at scale.
Marketers can utilize the 'Twilio Engage' platform to access hundreds of different tools, messaging platforms and analytics services. This means that rather than manage a suite of different and disconnected services, companies and their marketing representatives can now make use of a highly technology-driven and personalized marketing platform to create more meaningful and sustainable engagements with customers.
