Fire provides us with light, with warmth and it can be used to provide us with food, but now it is taking on a new responsibility with the Pelty Candle-Powered Speaker, which will allow it to provide us with music too.
Even though we were taught never to play with fire, this device lets us do so -- but in a restricted and safe way. The speaker runs on a Peltier-Seeback effect, which is essentially voltage power produced by contrasting temperatures.
