Agent-Focused Search APIs

Parallel Web Systems Has Rasied a $100 Million Series B

Parallel Web Systems launched a suite of web search and research APIs for AI agents, created by former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and backed by Sequoia. The company raised a $100 million Series B at a $2 billion valuation, featuring tools designed to feed agent workflows with web-sourced signals and structured results.

The funding round, which included participation from Kleiner Perkins, Index Ventures, Khosla Ventures and others, follows a $100 million Series A five months earlier and brings total capital raised to $230 million. Parallel said more than 100,000 developers use its products and named customers such as Notion, Clay, Harvey and Opendoor.

For businesses building autonomous workflows, Parallel’s APIs streamline agent research and retrieval, helping models act on live web data and accelerating production deployments across finance, real estate and productivity applications.
