Pamela's Pickles Benefit the California Wildfire Center

Pamela's Pickles have been created by Pamela Anderson in collaboration with Flamingo Estate as a product that showcases the actress' prowess for high-quality pickles. The pickles are based on Anderson's aunts original recipe, which is also showcased in her cookbook I Love You: Recipes from the Heart. The product starts off with a base of rose, dill, mustard and garlic before being paired with pink peppercorns, Guajillo Chile and smoked sea salt that combine to give the pickles a distinct flavor profile.

Pamela's Pickles are being sold via Flamingo Estate in 24-fluid-ounce jars priced at $38 each with 100% of the proceeds going to benefit the California Wildlife Center. The pickles have a pinkish hue with a vegan-friendly recipe that's also a touch spicy.
