adidas Originals works in collaboration with independent product designer Mr. Bailey on the new OZLUCENT footwear model. It is a brand new design that builds upon the theme of underwater species and exploring that.
Bailey speaks about the new design, stating that “Nature is our greatest luxury. It’s easy to forget that we ourselves are natural organisms and products of nature and we constantly need to reconnect and see how we can look to nature and its design systems, and build upon them with our current technologies." It has a black tonal colorway throughout the upper and is marked with geometric grooves and perforated details throughout as it sits on top of a curved split-sole unit that arches by the midsection.
